Rubbie Lee Tenner, age 71, of Birmingham, AL., departed this life on Friday, August 23, 2024. Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, August 31, 2024 at 11:00 A.M. at West End Hills Missionary Baptist Church (1680 19th Place SW). Burial will follow in Elmwood Cemetery. Public visitation will be on Friday, August 30, 2024 at the funeral home from 3:00 until 7:00 P.M.
