Rowland Washington, Sr., age 74, of Tarrant , AL., departed this life on Thursday, June 8, 2023. Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, June 16, 2023 at 12:00 P.M. at Saint James Missionary Baptist Church ( 1300 24th St. No). Burial will follow in Oakland Cemetery. Public visitation will be on Thursday, June 15, 2023 at the funeral home from 3:00 until 7:00 P.M. FACE MASK ARE RECOMMENDED
