Phillip "Boobie" Blakney, Jr., age 40, of Birmingham, AL., departed this life on Monday, April 3, 2023. Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, April 15, 2023 at 11:00 A.M. at Central Missionary Baptist Church ( 1032 50th St. No). Burial will follow in Zion Memorial Gardens. Public visitation will be on Friday, April 14, 2023 at the funeral home from 3:00 until 7:00 P.M. FACE MASK ARE REQUIRED
