Penny Doley, age 63, of Redford, MI., departed this life on Saturday, January 27, 2024. Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, February 10, 2024 at 12:00 P.M. at St. Paul AME Church (1223 Portland Street ) . Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery (1401 S Randolph St) Richmond, VA. Public visitation will be on Friday, February 9, 2024 at the funeral home from 3:00 until 7:00 P.M. FACE MASK ARE RECOMMENDED
