Leon Penning, Sr., of Birmingham, AL., departed this life on Friday, May 24, 2024. Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, June 1, 2024 at 2:00 P.M. at Life Changing Outreach Ministries ( 320 22nd Ave. W). Burial will follow in Valhalla Cemetery. Public visitation will be on Friday, May 31, 2024 at the funeral home from 3:00 until 7:00 P.M.
