Pastor Arthur Lee Higgs, Sr., age 71, of Pelham, AL., Departed life on Monday, August 4, 2025. Celebration of life will be held on Friday, August 15, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Bethel Baptist Church (3200 28th Ave North Birmingham, AL 35207). Burial will follow in Elmwood Cemetery. NO PUBLIC VISITATION.
