Arthur Thomas Watkins, Jr.,departed this life on February 13, 2018. Visitation is scheduled from 3-8 p.m. on Friday, February 23, 2018 at the funeral home. Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 24, 2018 at New Allen Temple AME Church (4353 F.L. Shuttlesworth Drive). Burial will follow in New Grace Hill Gardens Cemetery.
